At PSP Vault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that returns are only accepted for specific reasons, as outlined below.
Order Cancellations
We’ll do our best to cancel your order if requested shortly after placing it. However, if the item has already been handed over to the courier, even if it hasn’t been marked as shipped yet, we’re unable to cancel it.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for the following physical issues:
• Incorrect item received
• Charging issues
• Damaged or malfunctioning hardware
• Shipping or delivery issues
We do not accept returns for software-related problems. All devices come pre-installed with custom firmware and mods. These setups are designed to be flexible and can be reconfigured or fixed remotely. Most software issues such as missing games or setup errors can be resolved with simple online guidance, so returning the device is unnecessary.
We also do not accept returns for bricked systems. A bricked PSP usually results from attempts to update or modify the system software after delivery. Since all consoles are fully tested and pre-configured before shipping, we cannot be responsible for any issues caused by further user modifications.
How to Return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a free return label. Please pack the PSP securely in the same condition and packaging it was received in.
The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. If shipped after 7 days, a 30 percent deduction will be applied to your store credit due to processing and restocking costs.
Replacements and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement or store credit. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.
